Dumaguete City - Palarong Pambansa 2013 (part 1)


Receiving 11 votes from the 19 members of the Philippine Palarong Pambansa Board, Negros Oriental is privilege to host the Philippine Palarong Pambansa 2013. Being the province capital city, Dumaguete City is so ready for accommodating the different delegates and players from all over the nation.

Based on the news, the provincial government spent Php 10 M to prepare the facilities and accommodation to be used in Palarong Pambansa. The closed bidder with seven votes from the Board is Bacolod City, which hosted the Palaro for many times.

I am just so happy that Palaro is here in Dumaguete City. Just check out the photos of the opening ceremony yesterday - April 21, 2013.

These are all for now. I don't want to bore you with a long post. I'll tell you more about what happen to the Palarong Pambansa (National Games) here in the City of Gentle people - Dumaguete City. I just felt the need to share this, and I am really so proud that our city has become the host for this year's event. One thing I can boast about our place - it's Safe and people are accommodating
