Tops is one of the must-see places in Cebu. It's my third visit in this place, but I still couldn't get enough of the breath-taking view and scenery of Cebu City and Mactan Island. It gives you a 360 degree view from the top Mt. Busay with the elevation of about 610 meters above sea level.

When I get the chance to visit Cebu City again, I urged Manong Sherwin to go with me. Even if I had to catch another appointment at 4:00 PM, I still chose to be late than missing this opportunity to visit the place in daylight.

The last two visits I had in Tops were all during night time. The city lights were fascinating from the top. But, I wanted to see the city during daytime. I also love to wait for the sunset. The place is really romantic at the same time relaxing. I had one bottle of beer while I enjoy the scenic view in front of me.
The entrance fee is only Php 100.00, and you'll get to enjoy either the sunrise or sunset. Best time to go there is during morning or afternoon. A telescope is available, so you can check out the city in closer look.
Tops has also cottages for tourist to relax. Bistros, food shops, and bars are available for those who would want to enjoy lunch and afternoon snacks. Souvenir shops would give you some cute items that will remind you of your sweet visit in Tops.

After witnessing the sunset, we went to the mall to meet with my friends from high school. I went home the day after. This is all for now.

Thank you for your visits today. Love to tell you more about Mactan Island, but I'll be back hopefully next month in Cebu, so for now, I'll hold my Mactan Island post for the meantime.

I've been hearing about this great place during my stay at Cebu. Never thought maganda pala talaga dito. A cold bottle of beer is really worth this view.

I have been to Cebu five times now, but have have never been to Tops yet. Thanks to you, we plan to go there next time we're in Cebu, which will be very, very soon (we're really excited to come back to the Philippines!)! Did it take you very long to get to Tops from downtown Cebu? I didn't know San Miguel had a lemon flavored beer now -- is that pretty new, or did I just not see it last time I was in Philippines?
