Dumaguete City - Palarong Pambansa 2013 (part 2)

This year's Palarong Pambansa's theme is "Sport: Road to Peace and Progress." I posted last TIME that Dumaguete City (provincial capital city of Negros Oriental) is hosting the country's known national game for pupils and students from all over the country. Let me continue to present the remaining delegates from Visayas and Mindanao.
