Sta. Monica Beach Resort

Sta. Monica Beach Resort was one of the big resorts found near the city. It offered different services and caters all occasions like weddings, birthdays, seminar, and the like. The place was closed last June 26, 2012, since it was bought by a private person who deemed to use the resort on his own. Nevertheless, if in case the new owner decides to open it again for public, you can view the resort HERE.

Other Country? – Book a flight to Manila, Philippines or Cebu, Philippines

From Manila or Cebu, book a flight to Dumaguete, Negros Oriental, Philippines

In Dumaguete, take a cab to take you to the resort at Banilad.

 The resort offers the following amenities:

·         Gift Shop

·         Van Service

·         Site Seeing Tour

·         Island Hopping Tour

I was really saddened when the resort closed, because I was planning to visit it with a friend and take some recent pictures. Their Site Seeing Tour is only Php 200.00, so cheap and that is consumable. Though you won’t be able to use the swimming pool, you would surely enjoy the cool breezy day chatting and relaxing.
